The Salawat application requests access to the user's real-time geographic location (GPS) strictly for essential prayer calculations:
- Calculating and displaying accurate daily prayer times and determining Qibla direction based on the user's current geographic coordinates.
- Automatically adjusting prayer schedules based on the user's current country and city.
- Location data is processed locally on the device or used solely for prayer schedule calculations. We do not track users or sell location data to third parties or advertising networks.
2. International & Multi-Country Support
The Salawat app supports users across various countries globally. Timings, calculation conventions, and regional services adapt automatically according to the user's detected or selected region.
3. Account Authentication & Information
When registering or logging in to Salawat, basic information (such as name, phone number, or email) may be collected exclusively to manage your user session, preserve custom preferences, and synchronize settings across your devices safely.
4. Account & Personal Data Deletion
User's Right to Erasure: You have full control over your data. You can delete your account and all associated personal data directly from inside the Salawat app at any time:
- Navigate to the Profile or Settings screen in the app.
- Tap the "Delete Account" option and confirm your request.
Once deletion is confirmed, all associated personal records are immediately and irreversibly purged from our active databases and servers.
5. Data Security & Encryption
We employ strict industry-standard security protocols, including modern HTTPS / SSL encryption, ensuring all communication between the Salawat app on your device and our servers remains secure and protected.
